New Install.

 

TAPFLASH for new builds is designed to fit into the existing workflow of new installations, delivering a repeatable process that guarantees a watertight result.

1. Water Combination installed

Dry wall installed with test spindle in place.

2. Use our hole saw to cut the required recess.

The saw uses the shaft to self align.

3. Sealing sleeve is fitted.

Push all the way in to the recess until it jumps over the spindle valve and sits on the combination fitting.
Insert the Tile Flange to aid in pushing the sleeve on.

4.   Wall flange is fitted.

Silicone is applied to stick flush against the dry wall, covering any gaps or untidy cut outs.  
Apply water proofing membrane.

5. Wall is tiled.

6. Sealing sleeve is trimmed flush with tiles.

Install new spindle valve.

7. Tile flange is trimmed and fitted.

Trim Tile Flange to sit flush to tiled wall.
Silicone is applied inside the sleeve to seal behind the valve.
Silicone is applied around edge of tile cut out to seal and stick the Tile Flange, covering any gaps or untidy cut outs.

8. Tapware is fitted.

Job Done.

TAPFLASH is made to be just as easy to install when fixing a leaking. With our specially designed hole saw you no longer have to spend your time digging out old silicone or worrying about damaging your fittings.

1. Remove tapware.
Pick out the silicone for the last time.

Exposing the fittings and combination.

2. Use our hole saw to cut the required recess.

Replace the faulty part.
